Barrel Work - Pricing, Turnaround & Shipping Instructions
Hi — thanks for reaching out. Below is our pricing, policies, and shipping instructions for barrel work:
Pricing
- 10, 12, 16, 20 gauge (single barrel): $235
- .410 & 28 gauge (Single barrel): $265
- Over / Under and Side by Side barrels: $360
Price includes one flush-fitting choke (two chokes for double barrels) of your choice. The specific choke system we install depends on the barrel’s outside and inside diameters.
Add-ons
- Cutbacks and bead re-installation: $25
Turnaround & Payment
- Current turnaround time is approx 4 weeks.
- We do not charge or process payment until your work is complete and ready to ship.
If Work Can’t Be Performed
- If our gunsmith determines the requested work cannot be performed, you will be responsible for return shipping plus an assessment fee. The total in that case is $50.00
Shipping Instructions
- Ship the barrel only (no actions or accessories attached).
- We do not insure barrels when shipping them back to you by default. If you’d like us to purchase insurance for the return shipment, we can provide a quote and add that cost to your total.
